Office Policies

Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

In the event of late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment), we will charge the card on file. 

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee, except in cases of genuine emergency.

New patient appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. If payment has not been received 24 hours before the appointment, the booking will be removed from the schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened supplements and products purchased in our office. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. We are not able to process returns after 30 days.

The following items are not eligible for return:

•       Custom herbal tinctures

•       Refrigerated products such as probiotics

If you receive a product that is damaged, we will replace it. To request an exchange for a damaged item, email us at cara@carafrank.com.

All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping & Returns

To return an item purchased online through China Herb Company, call 215-546-5780, or email info@chinaherbco.com

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the returned product. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be applied to the original payment method or can be added to a credit balance on your account. If you have questions about a refund, reach out to us at cara@carafrank.com

Packages & Memberships

Treatment packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

Refund Policy for packages: In the event that you would like a refund, Six Fishes will deduct the full price of treatments used, before discounts from the package cost plus a 10% administrative fee.  The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 7 days. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made by check will be refunded by check.

Memberships at Cara Frank, Acupuncture Inc are billed month-to-month and require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date.

Purchases & Payments

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders. Prices may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to your purchase.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. If your card is declined, we may try again. Your card issuer may share updated card details with us to keep your account current — contact your issuer if you want to opt out of that.

If a charge is reversed by your bank, we may bill your account through another method.

Account Security

Some parts of the site require an account. Keep your login information private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may disable your account at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms.

Things You May Not Do

Disputes & Governing Law

If we can't resolve it informally, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a jury trial or class action. An arbitrator's decision is final. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court at any time.

You must file any arbitration claim within one year of when the issue arose, or your claim is waived.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms are the full agreement between you and Cara Frank, Acupuncture Inc on this subject. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
