Are we a fit?

Yes! if you want to work with a smart, warm, slightly sweary Jewish mom who is genuinely rooting for your health.

Yes! if you want someone whose clinical experience dates back to the Mesozoic era.

Yes! if you need a deep listener and a deep thinker.

Yes! if you want a teacher, a writer, a wonky academic who never stopped loving this medicine.

Yes! if you want guidance, empowerment, and a little handholding along the way.

How I Work

Less Patients

More Presence

I have the space to do something I've always wanted to do more of: craft truly personalized health journeys.

Each one grounded in my LAUGH framework — a philosophy I developed through years of fertility work and have come to realize is really a model for all of it.

Literacy, advocacy, uncovering root imbalances, growth, and healing with in partnership with you.

It's how I've always worked in the office. But now, I get to bring that same intentionality into a larger structure. A healing journey.

  • L: Literacy

You can't work with your body if you don't understand it. I start by teaching you to read your own signals (like your menstrual cycles, symptoms, energy, digestion). Your body is talking, let's learn to listen.

  • A: Advocacy

As your practitioner, I am here to both be your advocate and help you advocate for yourself. I'll help you navigate your care, understand your results, and make informed, confidence health decisions.

  • U: Uncover

All symptoms make sense when you can see the full picture. That's because chronic conditions have a root pattern beneath the surface. I use the diagnostic lens of Chinese medicine to uncover that pattern and address it with herbs, diet, and acupuncture tailored to you.

  • G: Grow

Health is something you cultivate over time. I help you build the daily foundations (like good food, quality rest, and supporting habits) that make the path to health feel joyful.

  • H: Heal

Healing is the goal. Being heard is how we get there. When you feel seen and understood, the body relaxes and change can take root.
